It cannot be held responsible for damage or losses caused by a change in location, price or date or caused by the cancellation of an event. The individual who makes the purchase is considered to be the sole purchaser, and only he/she is obliged to make payment. Registrations may not be resold to third parties nor may they be transferred to third parties as part of a business relationship.
A registration for an event cannot be refunded (not even in cases of loss or theft), returned or exchanged unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, the refund will only be issued to the original purchaser.
Registration takes place at the time that the confirmation e-mail is sent and will only be final after payment has been received.
There are no physical tickets for an event. Registration is confirmed via a confirmation e-mail, which serves as proof of registration. At the event, you may be requested to present proof of identity in order to verify the validity of the confirmation e-mail.
